Salary Range:

"A Day in the Life" General Maintenance employees are responsible for general maintenance and preparation of buildings for delivery to customer sites. "What You'll Do" Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, general cleaning or electrical

Receives and unloads materials such as foundation, ramps, steps and other accessories to modular buildings or perform related tasks

Performs manual labor as needed to support the facility's operations

Is knowledgeable in the general procedures and safety measures Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within related field such as construction, warehouse, and manufacturing

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment

Perform other duties as assigned "Must Haves" Able to work outside in variable weather conditions

Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines

Ability to follow spoken and written instruction

Ability to safely perform all tasks and understand Company's safety policies and procedures

Deliver a high quality output consistent with the Company's construction standards

Able to take, record and follow standard measurements and cut or separate materials to specific measurements or quantities

Prior experience in construction or related work desired

Special Considerations:

Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects
