Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance professional to handle shared maintenance operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our communities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on a team effectively. This is a full-time hourly position, reporting to the Property Manager. Responsibilities for

Maintenance Technician:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure the RV park's facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This hands-on role supports the Construction Manager, Property Manager and Maintenance Lead in maintaining a comfortable and well-kept environment for guests.

General Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on park facilities, including grounds, buildings, and amenities. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Installation & Replacement:

Install and replace appliances and fixtures as needed, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

Painting & Carpentry:

Perform painting, carpentry, and minor repairs to maintain the park's appearance and upkeep.

Light Electrical & Plumbing:

Assist with minor electrical and plumbing repairs, including fixture replacements, basic wiring, and pipe repairs. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on team collaboration. Military experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
