In this role, ensure the highest standards of pool safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients. this role is unique with growth being limitless. I am looking for somebody who wants to lead a team and grow in a company. Your expertise in pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment troubleshooting will be vital in maintaining pristine environments. Responsibilities Supervise daily pool maintenance activities, including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspections. Lead troubleshooting efforts for pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on pool systems and related mechanical components using hand tools and power tools. Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly, ensuring proper chemical agent handling and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of pool plumbing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and filtration units to identify issues early. Train and mentor team members on best practices for pool maintenance, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, repairs, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with pool plumbing systems, mechanical knowledge of aquatic facility equipment, and water treatment chemical handling. Strong background in pool maintenance including cleaning, chemistry balancing, equipment troubleshooting, and repair. Knowledge of aquatic facility operations with a focus on water safety standards and sanitation protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for on-site visits or equipment transport. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
