This position is responsible for safely installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial doors, dock equipment, and related systems while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install, repair, and service residential and commercial garage doors Troubleshoot doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and other components Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Inspect job sites to identify installation needs, safety concerns, and repair issues. Document required repairs and installation needs.
