Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant condominium community. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the property by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks. Your expertise will help create a comfortable and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings. Conduct repairs on electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior fixtures using hand tools. Maintain facility equipment, including irrigation system Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairs or modifications to interior structures, doors, windows, and cabinetry to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Execute maintenance painting projects to preserve the appearance of common areas and resident units while adhering to safety guidelines. Troubleshoot issues related to building interior maintenance, facilities maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or irrigation systems. Support team leadership in coordinating maintenance activities, documenting work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with urgent timelines. Requirements Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, schematics interpretation, and use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Strong carpentry skills along with experience in residential painting projects. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, standing and working in the Texas heat for extended periods. Pay:
