Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified General Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders independently. Repair appliances and fixtures. Perform plumbing repairs. Perform electrical repairs. Inspect building systems. Perform preventive maintenance. Maintain common areas. Support apartment turns. Document completed repairs. Respond to emergencies. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. #INDHOU
