The Opportunity We are seeking a highly dependable Pool Maintenance Technician who combines a rock-solid work ethic with outstanding organizational skills and the highest level of professionalism. This is a front-line, client-facing role where attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities Perform complete weekly pool cleaning: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, tile cleaning Clean filters (cartridge, sand, DE) and perform backwashing as needed Test water chemistry, balance chemicals, and maintain detailed digital records Routinely inspect equipment, identify issues early, and execute solutions Interact professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and resolve concerns on the spot Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked company vehicle and equipment What We Offer Company-provided take-home truck + fuel card (all fuel paid) All tools, testing equipment, and chemicals supplied Bi-weekly pay by direct deposit Profit-sharing program Flexible weekday schedule (Monday-Friday) with optional Saturday routes for additional income Paid training and fast-track support to obtain CPO certification (if not already certified) Clear career progression — we promote from within Who We're Looking For You must be: Extremely reliable with a proven strong work ethic Highly organized and detail-oriented Committed to long-term growth within our organization Professional in appearance, communication, and demeanor at all times Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Texas weather Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and confident in the water (must be able to swim) Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred (but will train the right candidate) Prior pool service route experience Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Location & Service Area Home base: Frisco, TX Daily routes: Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, and surrounding communities How to Apply If you are a professional, organized, and driven individual ready to grow with a respected company, we want to hear from you today.
