You'll run a daily service route, look after pools and equipment, and be the face of our company at every stop. Pay This is a production-pay position: your earnings are based on the services you complete, so steady, quality work means more money. What You'll Do Test and balance pool chemicals, and clean customers' pools and pool equipment Help with cleaning services and other service offerings as needed Complete your scheduled service appointments each day and meet performance goals Respond promptly to customer calls and in-person service requests, and call customers to confirm scheduled services Update the Field App for each completed work order, following standard operating procedures Drive a company vehicle and use powered and hand tools to complete work orders Support existing and new products and services Help with other field operations as needed Follow all safety procedures and company safety policies What We're Looking For Valid Texas driver's license Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Reliable, self-motivated, and good with customers Pool service experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Schedule Full time, Monday-Friday, with occasional additional hours during peak season.
