(FULL TIME) City of Richardson, TX - 4.0 Richardson, TX Job Details Full-time $43,885.14 - $64,007.06 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications EPA Refrigeration Certification Equipment repair EPA Type I High school diploma or GED EPA Type II Non-CDL Class C Equipment maintenance Facilities corrective maintenance Facilities routine maintenance Full Job Description Number of available jobs: 1 High School Diploma or GED required. Texas Drivers License, Class C, required. Must have, or obtain within six months of appointment to position, a refrigerant transition and recovery certification for type 1 and type 2 equipment. Minimum of 2 years experience required in repair and operation of all types of building equipment and systems, including a minimum of 9 months experience during the past 18 months.
