You will install and inspect a variety of windows and exterior doors, including hinged, sliding, multi-slide, and folding door systems. Hourly pay is based on experience. Responsibilities:

Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and proper installation procedures Ensure proper flashing, sealing, leveling, shimming, and operation Inspect installations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments Safely handle large and heavy products using appropriate equipment and team assistance Communicate effectively with staff, builders, and manufacturer representatives Maintain a clean, safe jobsite

Qualifications:

Familiarity with and hands-on experience in both new construction and replacement window and door installations Extreme attention to detail and the ability to understand and precisely follow manufacturer installation instructions and industry installation standards Knowledge of installation techniques, waterproofing methods, and tools Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and work effectively with a team Commitment to quality workmanship and jobsite safety
