ABOUT THIS ROLE A
Crew Tech is someone who enjoys working with their hands, building things, and repairing things. A successful Crew Tech is a team player, a hard worker, and a problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow. The Crew Tech will assist the Lead Tech with repairs, installations, job-site preparation, cleanup, and other assigned responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong customer-service and communication skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance Willingness to learn carpentry, drywall repair, tape and bedding, texturing, specialty finishes, painting, and attic-staircase repair and installation Ability to follow directions and work effectively alongside a Lead Tech
