The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. We do the job right the first time Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety practices related to construction and maintenance work. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position. MUST be coachable and willing to learn.
