Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians who want steady, independent work and the opportunity to build real expertise. You'll manage a residential pool service route, keep pools clean and properly balanced, spot equipment concerns before they become bigger problems, and build trust with customers through reliable service.

What You'll Do Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards. Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns. Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams. Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory. Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day. Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business What Winning Looks Like on Your Route Success in this role means consistent, dependable execution: 98%+ of assigned service routes completed on schedule. 95%+ first-time service quality, minimizing callbacks and re-service visits. 90%+ customer satisfaction. 100% completion of required service documentation and chemical reporting each workday. 100% completion of required vehicle inspections and safety procedures. Requirements:

What You'll Bring Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience Ability to pass a background check and drug screening A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills. Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.

Preferred :

Previous swimming pool service or maintenance experience; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain it; experience with mobile service or field-service applications.
