Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial settings Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Inspect equipment and building systems and report issues Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area Work with vendors and customers when specialized repairs are needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous apartment, property, or general maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer-service skills Must be dependable and willing to respond to occasional emergency maintenance calls What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time employment Opportunities for advancement A supportive and professional work environment Training and development opportunities
