Duties Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal to keep pools sparkling. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems to identify issues promptly. Conduct water chemistry balancing by testing water pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity, and other chemical parameters; adjust chemical agents safely and accurately. Repair or replace faulty pool components using hand tools and power tools to ensure equipment functions efficiently. Maintain detailed service records of inspections, repairs, chemical treatments, and maintenance activities for each client site. Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols during travel between job sites. Follow all safety guidelines related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and outdoor work conditions to ensure personal and team safety at all times. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues effectively. Experience with pool plumbing systems and water treatment chemical handling is highly desirable. Proficiency in pool chemistry balancing and water treatment processes to maintain safe swimming conditions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, equipment repair, and routine inspections. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently in outdoor environments.
