Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician (FTM) to support the daily operations of Class A commercial office buildings. FTM will be responsible for daily and on-going maintenance and repair work on building systems throughout the buildings. This person will be responsible for providing responsive, high-quality service to tenants and management. Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general building systems
• Perform general building repairs including drywall, painting, door hardware, and ceiling systems
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and facility-related emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and completed repairs using computer-based systems
• Notify management when maintenance supplies require replenishment
• Escort vendors, contractors, and inspectors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building protocols
• Follow OSHA guidelines and applicable safety regulations at all times Qualifications
• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate professionally via email
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional tenant interaction
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical rooms, on rooftops, and in elevated areas
• Familiarity with Daikin HVAC systems, nitrogen dry sprinkler systems and Lutron Quantum Vue lighting controls is preferred but not required

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
