What We Offer $24.00-$40.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and licensing $1,000 sign-on bonus with a current Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) Company-provided truck and fuel Year-round, steady employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Company contribution toward eligible benefit costs Company-provided parts and supplies needed to complete assigned service calls Training and opportunities for career advancement Permanent W-2 employment — not a 1099 subcontractor position What You'll Do As a Swimming Pool Service Technician , you will travel to customers' homes to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential swimming pool equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnose and repair residential swimming pool equipment Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool-related equipment Repair or replace equipment and components as needed Identify service issues and recommend appropriate repairs or equipment replacement Complete assigned service calls accurately and efficiently Clearly explain service needs, repairs, and completed work to customers Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and repairs Properly maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow company safety procedures and established service standards What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service or equipment repair experience preferred Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of residential swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Valid Texas driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with servicing and repairing swimming pool equipment Availability for occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods Physical Requirements This position requires regular outdoor and physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and working around residential swimming pool equipment. Employees must be able to safely lift, carry, move, and handle equipment, parts, tools, and supplies as necessary to perform the essential duties of the position. $1,000 RAIL Sign-On Bonus Candidates who possess a current Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) may be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus , subject to the terms and conditions of the company's sign-on bonus program.
