What you will do:
Perform disassembly, repair, or replacement of parts and/or production equipment Conduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioning Utilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtime Diagnose and correct maintenance issues on Statement and Invoices Equipment, Mail Inserters, Cut Sheet Printers and Laser Printers Analyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshooting What you will need to have: A high school diploma or GED required 3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting Willing to go back to school to earn degree or certification Mechanical aptitude Experience using a computer for data entry Experience with using hand tools like drill, screwdriver, and soldering equipment What would be great to have: Associate degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics or equivalent Military training and background 5+ years of production maintenance with electronic repair experience Experience withIP5000, HP
Roll-to-Roll printer, Ricoh Cut Sheet Printers Experience with BlueCrest, APS, MPS, and EPIC inserting equipment Experience with APEX or Criterion sorters Important information about this role: You will work the following schedule and hours:1st shift- 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; 2nd shift
- 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm or 3rd shift-10:30 pm to 7:00 am with work days of Sunday
- Thursday or Tuesday
- Saturday, with overtime as needed You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.
