This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, facilities maintenance, and customer service. If you have a passion for maintaining high standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and schematics. Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or improvements. Weld metal components when necessary to support structural integrity. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is preferred. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. Experience with logic controllers is a plus. Proficiency in welding practices is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in electrical work.
