Hours :
Starting at approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours per week as the technician takes on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine residential pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Clean filters, skimmers, baskets, and pool equipment
- Identify and report pool equipment and maintenance issues
- Perform basic pool repairs and equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate service records
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous pool service or repair experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Must be willing to learn and grow with the company
CPO Certification Training :
Puddle Pool Services will provide training and support to help the selected technician obtain Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification within the first 8 weeks, if not already certified. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the pool service and repair industry. As the technician gains experience and demonstrates reliability and technical ability, there is potential for increased hours and additional responsibilities.
