Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sulphur Springs, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance, troubleshooting, and pools. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality results. Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues. Maintain pool Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and repairs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed (some on-call duties required). Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and equipment serviced. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Requirements Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field preferred. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery. Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Pool experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response.
