Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
