Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Terrell, TX (75160). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus. Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
