We are looking for a new team member that has some previous experience working in a unit make-ready/maintenance position. This position will be responsible for: performing work orders overseeing and performing make readies of apartment units when needed maintaining common areas and grounds responding to after-hour requests for service emergencies, reporting needed supplies to owner assisting with preventative maintenance program Must have the ability to work with Owner/Office Staff and be capable of responding to after-hour requests for emergencies. Previous experience in maintenance field a must. Some type of formal training in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, HVAC and pool maintenance. The person hired for this position will need to have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be willing to have overtime as this position will require some "on call" duties for after hours maintenance emergencies. This is a full-time position.
