Job Description
The new Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Person to join our hotel team. Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Respond to guest room maintenance requests Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs Maintain hotel equipment and facilities Complete preventative maintenance tasks Inspect guest rooms and common areas for maintenance issues Keep maintenance areas clean and organized Assist with emergency repairs when needed Follow all hotel safety and maintenance procedures Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred Hotel or commercial maintenance experience is a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Able to troubleshoot and solve problems Reliable and dependable Good communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently Must be able to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods Schedule Full-Time Schedule and hours may vary based on hotel needs.
