We are seeking a Maintenance Technician and Engineer to join our team. The maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. Full Time Tuesday thru

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. Perform minor building and equipment repairs. Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate. Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles). Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned. Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience Minimum one year experience in building maintenance One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION OR OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
