Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become the essential force behind sparkling, safe, and well-maintained aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining swimming pools at various aquatic facilities. Your expertise will ensure that pools are not only visually appealing but also safe and compliant with health standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, utilize mechanical skills, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and facility visitors alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning of pool surfaces, floors, skimmers, filters, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Inspect pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and equipment for proper operation and identify any issues requiring troubleshooting or repair Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure optimal water quality and safety Troubleshoot pool equipment malfunctions using hand tools and power tools; conduct repairs or coordinate with specialists for complex issues Maintain detailed records of pool maintenance activities, chemical treatments, equipment repairs, and inspections Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and supplies to various job sites Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred but not necessary Mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and water treatment equipment is helpful Familiarity with chemical agent handling, including water treatment chemicals and pool chemistry balancing techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and facility staff Experience operating hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks Outdoor work experience in similar environments is advantageous Knowledge of water treatment chemical handling procedures and safety guidelines Join us in delivering top-tier pool care that keeps aquatic facilities safe, clean, and inviting! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
