Full-time Blue Water Recreational Services is hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician to help keep community pools clean, safe, and ready for swimmers year-round. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable working outdoors, we want to hear from you. Prior pool maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and debris removal Test water chemistry and balance chemicals to meet safety and operating standards Inspect pumps, filters, and other pool equipment Identify and report needed repairs, equipment issues, or safety hazards Assist with seasonal pool winterization and spring openings Keep pool areas, equipment rooms, and facilities clean and organized Travel between assigned community pool locations as needed
