Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Cleaner contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing excellent service in pool maintenance. As a Pool Cleaner contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, along with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
•This position will begin as a part time position and may develop into a full time role as business grows. Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning along with minor maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces. Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair pool systems such as filters. Conduct water quality testing and balance chemicals to ensure safe swimming conditions. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Stay informed about industry best practices and safety protocols related to pool maintenance. Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively. 2 years experience as a service technician in the pool industry. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Contract Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you experienced in testing, calculating, and dispensing proper levels of chemicals in pools? Do you have a truck that you are willing to utilize for carrying pool chemicals and cleaning equipment? Are you capable of waking early enough to begin duties at 8:00am or earlier? Do you have a phone that you ae willing to download necessary apps for tracking pool routes & schedules, calculating chemical levels, and work time? Do you have basic hand tools that could be needed at times in removing bolts, caps, covers, and screws in order to do any necessary maintenance or repairs? Have you completed maintenance repair jobs such as pump replacements and or filter cleans? Are you able to receive calls in order to discuss the position on weekdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm?
