Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, chemically balanced, and functioning optimally. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and their guests. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in pool maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain cleanliness and clarity. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as filters, pumps, valves, and circulation systems to ensure proper operation. Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal pH levels and water quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or maintenance. Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues promptly. Maintain detailed service logs, chemical treatment records, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and client expectations. Experience Prior experience working with pool maintenance or aquatic facilities is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and circulation equipment. Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding pool care needs. Ability to operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment confidently. Demonstrated responsibility in operating company vehicles safely and efficiently. Pay:
