This role is ideal for a professional with practical industrial maintenance expertise, focusing on the repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal production output. Key Duties Identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Execute both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks on production machinery to ensure operational continuity. Analyze equipment malfunctions to help reduce overall production downtime. Restore or swap out essential parts such as motors, bearings, sensors, switches, and belts. Utilize technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to guide repair processes. Execute routine maintenance schedules and maintain accurate logs of all repairs. Support the installation, calibration, and enhancement of new or existing machinery. Collaborate with production staff to effectively address and resolve equipment-related challenges. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all plant safety protocols. Required Skills and Experience Prior background in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting is essential. Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with production equipment and routine maintenance procedures. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is highly desirable. Competency in operating diagnostic tools, power tools, and hand tools. Experience with PLC troubleshooting is considered an asset. Reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working autonomously to achieve team goals. Compensation and Details This is a full-time, first-shift role offering compensation up to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with your experience level.
