Schedule:

Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm (Mandatory OT as needed)

Location:

Traveling between Midlothian/Waxahachie facilities, will eventually be Midlothian full time, travel as needed in company provided vehicle.

Summary/Scope of Role:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with and the completion of directed tasks from the Maintenance Manager. This includes facilities and utilities side of maintenance, light plumbing/electrical/HVAC activities, compressed air and bulk gases, order/pick-up of parts, and other duties as assigned under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Taking direction from the Maintenance Manager for assigned daily and weekly job tasks. 2. Performs general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors and plumbing. 3. Perform preventive maintenance. 4. May be required to assist with construction and installation of systems and expansion of existing systems. 5. Other duties as assigned.

Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurability Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to push/pull 50 pounds repeatedly Must comply with and meet all pre-employment requisites, including but not limited to criminal background check prior to start date, and pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with Company policy for the duration of employment.
