Immediate Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician II is a highly skilled professional responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all facility systems and equipment. This role requires independent problem-solving, preventive maintenance planning, and occasional leadership of junior technicians. The position covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air systems, and bulk gas operations, as well as supporting facility improvement projects and system installations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently plan and execute advanced maintenance and repair tasks for facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and compressed air systems. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system malfunctions, implement effective solutions, and document work completed. Lead or mentor Maintenance Technician I staff in performing daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Assist with facility expansion projects, including installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment or systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance metrics. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials. Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Education/Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility maintenance experience Proven experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment Experience leading or mentoring maintenance teams preferred

Other Key Requirements:

Valid driver's license and proof of insurability Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds repeatedly Must meet all pre-employment requirements, including criminal background check and pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with company policy

INDUS Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
