Maintenance/Operator Technician 415 Jones Road, Weatherford, TX 76088
Full-time Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Operator to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities. At times you would operate equipment, tools and machines to assist operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct routine inspections of machines, equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, facility, and systems
  • Perform routine safety checks that apply to the facility
  • Groundskeeping on entire site, maintain groundskeeping equipment, mowing and weed trimming.
  • Driving trucks to make deliveries and pick up parts from suppliers
  • Dismantle, repair and reassemble equipment as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC/R, and plumbing systems
  • Fabricate or modify parts for repairs to possibly include machining and welding parts as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Machines, Hydraulics, Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
