3001572227-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Energy seeks an O&M Technician to support safe, reliable operations of our utility-scale energy assets. In this role, you will operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. You'll monitor system performance, respond to alarms, and uphold strict safety and environmental standards. Working closely with engineers and operations staff, you'll help optimize asset reliability and efficiency while documenting work in CMMS and supporting upgrades and commissioning activities. Responsibilities Operate and maintain power generation and distribution equipment at Constellation Energy facilities Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory standards and document all maintenance activities Collaborate with engineers and operations teams on reliability and efficiency improvements Respond to equipment alarms and emergencies, supporting safe, timely resolution Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and maintenance records in CMMS systems Support commissioning, testing, and upgrades of utility and renewable energy assets Required Skills Power plant operations Electrical systems maintenance Mechanical systems maintenance Industrial troubleshooting and diagnostics Preventive and predictive maintenance CMMS software Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures Reading P&IDs and electrical schematics Instrumentation and controls basics Environmental and regulatory compliance
