Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, well organized, self driven, mechanical knowledge, capability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to read a tape measure Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure. Must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation to travel between job sites as required. Must pass background check!
