In this role, you'll service residential and/or commercial pools — maintaining water quality, inspecting equipment, and ensuring every pool is safe and sparkling clean. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with pool maintenance experience, plus room to grow your skills and earnings. Responsibilities Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) Clean pools, skim debris, vacuum, and brush walls and tile Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment Diagnose and repair common equipment issues, or escalate as needed Open and close pools seasonally Maintain accurate service logs for each stop on your route Communicate professionally with customers about pool condition and recommended repairs Identify and recommend additional services or products to customers Follow all safety protocols when handling pool chemicals Requirements Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred Prior experience in pool maintenance or service preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Basic mechanical/troubleshooting ability Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Commission paid on sales Uniforms and equipment provided Training and growth opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional weekends as needed
