We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Countertop Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to be part of a team that delivers exceptional work every day. Whether you already have countertop or construction experience or you're ready to learn a skilled trade, we're looking for someone who wants to work hard, learn, improve, and build a career. If you're ready to build a future with a company that invests in its people, promotes from within, and believes great employees are worth keeping for life... Welcome home. We'd love to meet you. Your Work Becomes Part of Someone's Home. Every project starts as an idea. Our Install Team is responsible for making sure it ends as something we're proud to put the Countertop Source name on. You'll work alongside your team to safely transport and professionally install custom countertops throughout Southern Utah.
Your days may include:
Loading and safely transporting finished countertops. Installing countertops in residential and commercial spaces. Carrying and positioning heavy stone pieces with your team. Completing seams and final installation details. Working carefully around cabinets, walls, flooring, and finished surfaces. Communicating professionally with homeowners, contractors, builders, and other trades. Keeping tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized. Working with your team to solve challenges that arise in the field. No two homes are exactly alike, and no two installs are exactly the same. Why This Career Is Different This isn't a job where you spend the day staring at the clock. You're working with your hands, learning a skilled trade, solving real-world challenges, and seeing the finished result of your work every day. Our installers are the final face of Countertop Source our customers see. The quality of the installation—and the professionalism of the team completing it—can turn a great project into an exceptional customer experience. That's a responsibility we take seriously. And when you step back at the end of an install, you get to see exactly what you accomplished. Qualifications We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. Hands-On & Team Skills Enjoy working with your hands and learning practical skills. Work well as part of a team. Follow instructions and established installation procedures. Pay attention to details and take pride in quality workmanship. Stay positive and solution-focused when unexpected challenges arise. Treat customers, coworkers, homes, and job sites with respect. Professional Skills Dependable and ready to work as scheduled. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to learn new tools, equipment, materials, and processes. Organized and able to maintain a clean, safe work environment. Willing to receive feedback, learn, and continually improve. Ability to perform the physical requirements of countertop installation, including regularly lifting, carrying, maneuvering, and positioning heavy materials as part of a team. Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, equipment, and stone products. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Don't have countertop experience? Don't count yourself out. This is an entry level position. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we'd still like to hear from you. Skills can be taught—the right attitude matters. How You'll Make an Impact As a Countertop Installer, you'll be part of the team responsible for turning weeks of planning and fabrication into a finished space our customers can enjoy for years.
You'll:
Safely deliver and install custom countertops. Protect customer homes and property throughout the installation process. Help ensure countertops are properly positioned, leveled, secured, and finished. Assist with seams, cutouts, adjustments, and final installation details. Provide customers with a professional and respectful installation experience. Represent Countertop Source with professionalism, integrity, and pride.
