Job Description

Position Summary Vitalpax is looking for a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our building, grounds, and overall facility. This position focuses primarily on general facility maintenance and upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, grounds maintenance, basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and other day-to-day facility needs. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working on a variety of projects and can identify and take care of maintenance needs as they come up.. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems. Maintain company grounds and exterior areas. Complete painting, drywall repair, patching, and touch-up work. Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, handyman work, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively. Familiarity with hydraulic systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
