• Metal Fabrication Position Summary Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in a metal grating and steel fabrication facility.

This role focuses on minimizing downtime and keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair brake presses, punch machines, cutting machines, welding equipment, CNC machinery, and conveyors Maintain and troubleshoot 1-ton to 5-ton overhead cranes Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Troubleshoot 480V-600V systems, motors, VFDs, and PLC-controlled equipment Perform preventive maintenance, equipment adjustments, and repairs Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Document repairs and follow plant safety procedures Qualifications 7-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with metal fabrication or heavy industrial equipment Experience maintaining or troubleshooting overhead cranes (1-5 ton) Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience with 480V-600V electrical systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Welding, machining, or CNC experience is a plus Ability to work independently and support overtime as needed #INDSRCH
