Troy Allan Properties is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team at one of Logan's premier apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in home repair, painting, construction, remodeling, landscaping, or general maintenance who wants stable, year-round employment, great benefits, and opportunities for growth. One day you may be preparing an apartment for a new resident, the next you may be repairing drywall, painting, troubleshooting a maintenance issue, or helping keep the property looking its best. What You'll Do Complete general repairs in apartment homes and community buildings Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, touch-ups, and finish work Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and repair work Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and property appearance Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community Work closely with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional resident experiences What We're Looking For Experience in handyman work, maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, or a related trade Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Troy Allan Properties? - Friday Tuesday
- Saturday Typical shifts: 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM 9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and assist with snow removal during winter weather.
