What You'll Do Complete general repairs in apartment homes and community buildings Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, touch-ups, and finish work Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and repair work Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and property appearance Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community Work closely with a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional resident experiences What We're Looking For Experience in handyman work, maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, or a related trade Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Troy Allan Properties?
