Responsibilities:

Providing excellent service to hotel guests and coworkers General upkeep, repairs, and maintenance including: basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic HVAC, and general repair skills Working with other departments to ensure that all maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and correctly Completing property walks and room inspections to identify hotel needs Using a proactive, preventative approach to maintenance and upkeep Using provided software to complete and track preventative maintenance

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and pleasant disposition Previous maintenance experience Hotel maintenance experience preferred but not required General maintenance and repairs Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Ability to trouble-shoot and problem-solve Ability to multi-task Self-starter that can be productive without direct supervision Ability to work on feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis We are an equal opportunity employer
