Park City, Heber, Midway, then Draper to Mapleton Utah Water Pros is a fast-growing local water filtration company serving homeowners across the Wasatch Back and select East Bench communities along the Wasatch Front. We specialize in whole-home water softeners and reverse osmosis drinking water systems , and we're looking for a licensed, dependable installer who knows basic plumbing and wants consistent, well-paid work with a company that's scaling quickly. This role will begin as part-time / contract work , typically 1-3 installs per week , with a clear path to a full-time W-2 position as install volume increases. We're investing heavily in growth, and we expect demand to ramp up fast. The right person will be joining early and stepping into a strong pipeline of work. Our goal is to grow to 30-60 installs per month within the next 90 days , and we have a clear plan to get there. What You'll Be Doing Install 10x54 whole-home water softener and filtration systems Install under-sink 5-stage reverse osmosis systems and potentially tankless RO systems Handle basic plumbing tie-ins, system testing, and job-site cleanup Represent the company professionally in customers' homes Help generate Google reviews after completed installs for additional bonus pay Complete most installs in approximately 3-4 hours What We're Looking For Licensed plumbing experience Your own tools and reliable transportation (A company vehicle may be available as we grow.) Ability to take install jobs with 48-72 hours' notice Someone who is punctual, dependable, and takes pride in clean work A professional, homeowner-friendly attitude — you'll be representing the company in the home. Pay & Opportunity $300-$750 per install , depending on experience and scope of work All systems and equipment provided (Installer tools not provided.)
