Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in handyman, general maintenance, or a residential trade Broad, working competency across carpentry, drywall, paint, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and general repair Own reliable transportation and a core set of hand/power tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Must have a smartphone and be able to work via a mobile app (job assignments, time tracking, and job documentation are app-based) Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule/route across multiple job sites per day Professional communication and appearance — you are often the only company representative the client interacts with Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and in varied weather/altitude conditions If applying as a 1099 subcontractor: must carry (or be willing to obtain) general liability insurance and provide proof of insurance
