Location:

Snow Flower Condominiums, managed by Park City Lodging Snow Flower Condominiums consists of four buildings and 160 ski-in/ski-out condominiums. This is a front-line, skill-based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.

Skills & Experience:

Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall. Strong attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in your work. Ability to observe and report additional maintenance needs requiring attention. Professional, helpful attitude, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers. Willingness to perform routine property maintenance, including trash pickup and snow/ice removal. Dependable and punctual, with availability to work weekends and holidays. Electronic aptitude a benefit—troubleshooting Comcast/wifi issues and supporting electronic door lock systems.

Additional Duties:

Testing and adding chemicals to hot tubs to maintain a safe and clean environment for owners and guests

Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy items Be authorized to work in the United States Ablility to work in adverse weather conditions Agree to a background check
