Job Description
Colonial Flag, Sandy Utah, is hiring a full time flagpole installer with bucket/ aerial lift truck experience and CDL License preferred. We can assist you with CDL testing and license. Previous installation or construction/landscaping experience a plus. Sign installation experience is a big plus. Tasks include excavating base hole with auger or backhoe or supervising a hydro-vac. Setting mounting hardware, pouring concrete, and standing sign or flagpole with custom equipment. We will train and provide necessary tools, but mechanical ability and familiarity with basic tools and previous forklift experience is desirable. Colonial Flag operates nationwide, but this job is in-state Utah. Worker will drive company-provided vehicle. Ideal applicant will be honest, hardworking, willing to learn, and able to cope pleasantly with all kinds of people.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Pay commensurate with experienceRequirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs
- Work in all-weather environments
- Handy with tools and concrete. (concrete work is very limited to base fill.)
- Previous construction or landscaping experience a plus
- Ranch or Farming experience is a plus.

- Includes Preparing for install in warehouse area
