WORK SHIFT DAY
(United States of America)SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs various tasks in the repair and/or maintenance of company facilities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1.
Performs carpenter work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of dry wall, doors, door frames, stairs and other building structures. 2. Paints walls, doors, cabinets and other building structures. 3. Performs minor electrical and plumbing repairs. 4. Performs installation of barriers such as bollards and wall and structural protections. 5. Provides input regarding building contractors and their services. 6. Performs other related duties and tasks as required.ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS PHYSICAL

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with six years previous related experience.
- A thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of structural construction.
- Knowledge of building codes in Utah.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow through on details and complete tasks with a minimum amount of direct supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
