Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the building's interior, facilities equipment, and systems to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems will be vital in delivering top-notch maintenance services. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Maintain and repair facility structures: Manage the upkeep of doors, windows, furniture, and other structures to ensure a well-maintained, safe environment Manage maintenance schedules: Ensure timely completion of guest room maintenance and develop preventive schedules to proactively address and maintain facility standards Maintain a clean and organized workshop: Ensure carpentry tools and equipment are properly operated, cleaned, and maintained Inspect and ensure quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all carpentry work meets quality and safety standards Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention Assists in maintaining pool, spa, and general area of the property according to specific local codes and brand standards

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
