This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial overhead doors and coiling overhead doors for a variety of industrial and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to handle welding tasks as needed. Duties Install, assemble, and hang commercial overhead doors and coiling overhead doors according to specifications and safety guidelines Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installations efficiently and accurately Perform construction-related tasks such as door hanging and framing as required Conduct inspections of installed doors to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety standards Troubleshoot issues with existing installations and perform repairs or adjustments as necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related trades preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively Experience installing commercial overhead doors and coiling overhead doors is highly desirable Strong physical dexterity, including the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when needed Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction background seeking a specialized role in commercial door installation.
