The Facilities:

In Market team members will be responsible for executing the safe installation of new equipment and managing maintenance and repair on equipment, machinery, and building, grounds, and building systems to ensure uninterrupted services and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Facilities team to install all aspects of new equipment. Creating a safe and positive working atmosphere Well-rounded facilities maintenance background i.e., Electrical, Painting, HVAC, mechanical troubleshooting, plumbing, lock repair, and general building repairs. Assisting other departments with maintenance needs when approved by COE. General building maintenance and wash maintenance when no electrical needs are necessary. Adhering to safety and performance standards Facilitates professional development by conducting on-the-job training and needs assessments. Responsible for recommending and assisting in the development of training curricula. Technicians may be asked to perform both mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance (changing out fuses, switches, starter coils, solenoid coils, and electrical eyes). Technicians will also be asked to perform upgrades or installations of new equipment. Fabrication and welding experience is a plus. Recommends and plans maintenance programs & work schedules to minimize equipment "downtime ". Manages maintenance and repair of the building grounds to include lawn and landscape services, sanitary upkeep, and parking lot. Maintain the Quick Quack brand standards while performing jobs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license and good DMV record Honest and dependable Must be able to pass a background check. Must be willing to Travel within Divisions as job demand. At times will join the other teams and travel out of Divisions Must be willing to work overtime 45-55 hour work week Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to maintain a culture of Smart, Kind, and Driven If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
