Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair warehouse and office facilities. This role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment assembly, installations, and general facility repairs. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and a strong problem-solver. Responsibilities Perform general facility repairs and maintenance, including doors, walls, shelving, fixtures, workstations, and warehouse equipment. Install and assemble equipment, shelving, workstations, signage, and safety fixtures. Troubleshoot basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical issues. Complete preventive maintenance, inspections, and facility improvement projects. Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly. Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete maintenance records. Communicate repair needs, project updates, and issues requiring additional support to management. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or a related field required. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Experience safely using hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. Full English speaking and communication skills required. Safety-focused with good judgment and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting. Ability to work in warehouse, office, mechanical, and outdoor environments.
